Dear colleagues,
I managed to introduce a new field on the registration form so you can register and pay for the wonderful trip in the Danube Delta.
On this occasion I want to ask all participants who have registered but have not communicated the arrival and departure hours of their planes to solve this problem so we can arrange the transfer from Bucharest to Constanta and back.
Participants admitted to the workshop have the following options to book the hotel:
- To register and pay only for the congress and to send me an email for free hotel reservation during the workshop
- For those who have already registered and paid for the entire period, will receive money back for the two days of workshop.

Announcement for the participants at the pre-congress workshop: because the registration system automatically charge the cost for the accommodation for the whole period (congress + workshop) the participants at the workshop will receive integrally the costs for the 6-7 and 7-8 nights hotel. We also want to remind that all the meals are free of charge during the pre-congress workshop.
Announce for the participants at the Danube Delta excursion: to respond to the ones who haven't understood which are the costs of this excursion, we would like to make the following specifications: the excursion being sponsorship by the ARSPOD (Romanian Association for OroDental Public Health), the costs of 150 euro includes all the expensive for the transfer Constanta - Tulcea - Bucharest, the accommodation in Tulcea and Bucharest, all the meals and the Delta excursions itself.

Local Organizing Committee regrets that the system of collecting money from the credit card works with difficulties. We seek ways to improve the recording procedures and we hope that all will be right. Please bring with your paying statement if you find that the records are wrong to grapple with our records. Nobody will lose a cent, because in case of mistakes all offset moneys will be paid. Certainly will not be more cases because of the continuously supervise. We regret that in the application form was mark June 1st, the correct date is July 1st for early registration. Please inform me to resolve any problems quickly.

I am happy to announce that you can sign up for the EADPH congress which will take place in Constanta 9 - 11 September 2010. More specifically online registration functions.
Second good news is that at pre-congress workshop, which takes place on 7 and 8 September 2010 - dedicated to the Methodology of Scientific Research, there are 27 registration forms submitted by participants.
For any problem concerning the workshop or conference do not hesitate to contact us.

At this moment there are registered at the pre-congress workshop 12 persons from 5 countries. Following the discussions that I have with Marc van Steenkiste, i’v3 found out that those who wish to become member of EADPH from small and middle-income countries, may require payment of membership fee by Borrow Foundation for a period of 5 years. To achieve this we invite you to send your membership registration form to membership officer Marc van Steenkiste your registration form which can be found on EADPH website.
Prof. Corneliu Amariei invites all the persons who want to become an EADPH member to contact him regarding paying in commune the member fee for 2010 for reducing the costs of bank transfers. We hope that you will obtain as many of you sponsorship from Borrow Foundation.
In the following week the online registration form will be ready

Following the EADPH board meeting at which the co-president for 2010 Prof. Dr. Cornelius Amariei was present, the main topics were completed. They are:
- Oral epidemiology
- Oral health promotion
- Oral health services research
- Oral health related quality of life
- Salt Fluoridation – Pros and cons
Deadline for posters sending is 15 March 2010. The complete data will be published on the website around 25 January.

The EADPH board meeting was set for 10-11 january 2010 in Ghent, Belgium where we will discuss the meeting schedule for Constanta.
